We recently sold our house where Liz Matis was our listing agent. We were impressed with Liz from the very beginning, as she seemed very motivated to sell our house, unlike our previous listing agent at another company. Liz was very professional and efficient and did her homework before our first meeting, not only by analyzing our property and showing us comparable listings, but also giving us helpful advice about improvements she felt needed to be made. Since we had already moved out of the house, Liz promptly staged the house with plants and accessories, giving the house a homey feel, even though it was empty.
Feedback from the showings was prompt and informative, and aptly handled by the office staff. They were always friendly, patient, and very helpful with our questions and day to day issues.

Liz Matis is one of the most responsive, hard working persons I have ever met. As my son, a Medical Doctor who had recently moved to Greenville was about to purchase his first home, my wife and I met her when she showed us the house he was considering. She had helped him throughout the whole process and he was very pleased with her performance. One thing I particularly noticed, and appreciated at the time, was that she was very professional and not pushy as had been our somewhat negative past experience with brokers.
Some two months later we decided to purchase a lot in Greenville in order for my wife and me to be close to our son when I retire in two years. We currently live in Puerto Rico and knew very little about Greenville. On our second two day visit we were initially guided by others to consider a well known local Realtor to help us find a wooded lot in the right area. We went back home and waited for news. Two months passed and after proper follow-up and no results, we felt dismayed.
Our son told us not to lose more time and call Liz. As soon as this human dynamo got involved, the situation changed entirely. An e-mail message sent to Liz would receive a very quick reply. It did not matter whether it was during the evening or weekends. She would never cease to amaze me.
The process of finding the right lot without physically being at Greenville and seeing the possibilities was very time consuming, at times frustrating, and never dull. Liz tried and tried. She is incredibly persistent and resourceful. Just as I was about to give up in desperation, she sent a message saying she had found the “perfect lot”. I wanted to believe her but had my doubts. We traveled to Greenville and saw the lot. She was right on target and we ended up buying the property.
I have no hesitation in recommending Liz. She is truly outstanding in her business.
