Liz Matis Miesnick Miesnik of Grimesland has opened Gold Crown Realty in Hardee Village shopping center, corner of Portertown Road and 10th Street. Gold Crown specializes in residential real estate in Greenville and Washington, N.C., and the surrounding counties.

Liz was part owner of a Greenville real estate company before deciding to start her own firm. She has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer in the Greenville market.
