Liz Matis Miesnick is one of the most responsive, hard working persons I have ever met. As my son, a Medical Doctor who had recently moved to Greenville was about to purchase his first home, my wife and I met her when she showed us the house he was considering. She had helped him throughout the whole process and he was very pleased with her performance. Some two months later we decided to purchase a lot in Greenville in order for my wife and me to be close to our son when I retire in two years. She is incredibly persistent and resourceful. Just as I was about to give up in desperation, she sent a message saying she had found the “perfect lot”. I wanted to believe her but had my doubts. We traveled to Greenville and saw the lot. She was right on target and we ended up buying the property.
